Arbor Glen in an Independent Living Facility with a Community and Healthcare
Center in Bridgewater, New Jersey. $3.2 million needed electrically to complete
this assisted living facility in Bridgewater, N.J.Pace Electric was selected
by the Can-Do Construction arm of the Krapf organization to negotiate and
perform the design/build electrical construction portion of the $47 million
project, located in northern New Jersey, just outside New York City.
The turnkey contract included the electrical design, engineering, electrical
wiring and complete special systems for the facility. The entire (6) phases of
the project were completed on schedule, which amounted to approximately 3 years.
The electrical portion was brought in under budget at $3.5 million.
The project was intense for all the trades involved. Being 120 miles away
from our office brought its fair share of challenges for both our field forces
and the office staff. |
