and Contractors to receive the chapter's Excellence in Construction Award in the
over $1 million category. |

Arbor Glen Assisted Living Community
Arbor Glen is an Independent Living Facility with a Community and Healthcare
Center in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Pace Electric was selected by the Can-Do
Construction arm of the Krapf organization to negotiate and perform the design/build
electrical construction portion of the $47 million project, located in northern New Jersey,
just outside New York City.

Blue Rocks' Daniel S. Frawley Stadium
Pace Electric was selected to build the new 'Single A' baseball stadium, not
only based on price, but also because it was over budget and Pace had the
expertise to value engineer the electrical portion of work and help bring the
project within budget.

Colonial School District's Southern District School
The new 1,200 student, 157,000 square foot elementary school, built on a
sprawling 70 acre site, is actually "two schools in one." The school was
designed as two separate 600 student schools sharing a common space. The plan
utilizes an "X" concept with 4 wings surrounding a central support core. |

Fairview Assisted Living Facility
Located in Rising Sun, Maryland the Fairview facility is affordable
apartment living for seniors. It is more than just a home for the
residents; it offers a sense of community. They also have the comfort of
knowing that the on call nurses can help with their medical needs. |
