PACE was contracted to handle the electrical remodel for the Red Lobster Restaurant in Talleyville, DE. The project required keeping the restaurant open and continuing to serve customers during regular business hours. PACE worked behind the scenes and the overnight shift to install new lighting throughout the restaurant, making sure the facility was ready for use each morning.
Red Lobster is a chain restaurant owned by the Darden Corporation. PACE has also earned the service and repair work at this and other local Darden properties. The above he project was completed in 8 weeks and came in as budgeted.
Sunrise of Wilmington is a unique senior living community with a warm, comforting environment. Active seniors delight in our wide range of activities and amenities, including exercise classes and socials.
The customer was interested in having lighting installed around the exterior of the building. PACE designed and installed a stunning LED lighting solution.

The project required preserving the 100-year old former First Presbyterian Church and integrating it into the new 107,000 square foot, 21.3 million dollar student center.

Fairview is a two-story building that consists of one and two bedroom apartments. Each room is equipped with fire alarm, nurse call, telephone, and intercom systems. The building also had a basement, numerous offices and common areas.

Computer Aid Inc needed to have a backup generator installed to protect their company and clients during power outages. PACE designed a system and completed installation of a 150kW GENERAC generator. PACE worked with the Landord, Tenant and roofing experts to successfully install the 4,500 lb unit on the roof.
